This spectacular Villa on the very shore of the island of Pag is divided into two floors, on the first floor there is a King Deluxe Bedroom, a large Living Room with Full TV Screen, plus a living room with spacious kitchen featuring the latest high quality kitchen appliances.
The spacious dining room is also equipped with a hand-made copper fireplace, and has a spacious exterior to the outdoor terrace leading to the pool where there is a large dining table. Next to that on the first floor there is a fully furnished bathroom, and another bathroom with a toilet only. In the basement there is a uniquely equipped wooden room similar to a winery where guests can taste homemade white and red wines. The owner of the house is a well-known dentist in Rijeka, Komadina, who created on the first floor of the house a special dental room equipped with high quality dental equipment and at any time, depending on your wishes and requirements, the dentist is at your service so that you can relax on your vacation and get back home with a new and more brilliant smile.
On the second floor there are marble staircases with stainless steel handrails, featuring three King Deluxe bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Also on this floor you can find a spacious living room with a large kitchen, a dining table with fireplace, and a sofa that stands beside the Full TV Screen that allows you to relax and enjoy yourself. Large, glass, sliding doors sharing a spacious balcony offering a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The villa is surrounded by greenery and trees that provide guests privacy and a beautiful view of nature and the sea, either on the terrace of the Villa, relaxing on the deck chairs in the garden or enjoying the pool. Only 10 meters away from the Villa Nika you will find the main sandy beach in Vlasici, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Pag, and a restaurant next to it where you can try famous local specialties such as Pag cheese and ham, lamb, shrimp and various Dalmatian seafood specialties.
